Waiting on Jesus

At Hartland we have been learning a new song called “Wait on the Lord.”

Waiting is hard.

We all wait, some of us for years for ONE THING, others limp from waiting to waiting again and again, never certain, never trusting. never sure. Others are not even aware that there is something better for them to wait and pray for.

God had promised a Saviour, but for many years there were no signs that this blessed event was actually going to happen.

The wait was worth it. A baby; tiny, like a match, that lit a fire that changed the world.
